Rules and Regulations:

• Membership is final sale. No refunds or discounts will apply.
• Membership is non-transferrable and only applies to the person with their name on the card.
• Membership does not apply to events run by entities other than The Guild House (even if they are run at The Guild House) or events that require a payment other than the regular table fee.
• A member may be asked for photo ID to prove their identity and ensure that it matches the one on the card.
• A member must sign in at the cash before using the facilities.
• In case of lost or missing card, a replacement can be reissued if required at the discretion of The Guild House.
• A member is required to create an account with valid contact information.
• Membership does not confer or imply any intrinsic benefits beyond the waiving of table fees for the member. Other benefits may be offered to Members at the discretion of The Guild House.
• Membership starts on the day of purchase and ends (30)(90)(180) days after the date of purchase (inclusive).
• We reserve the right to cancel a membership at any time without compensation should The Guild House determine that it is being misused or abused.
